Vice-Minister of Commerce and Industry Represents the IX Constitutional Government and the National Parliament Through Committee A, Holds Specialized Discussion on Draft Law No. 13/VI Concerning Recovery and Insolvency

His Excellency the Vice-Minister of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Augusto Jรบnior Trindade, representing the IX Constitutional Government, participated in the specialized discussion on Draft Law No. 13/VI (2nd) concerning the Code of Recovery and Insolvency, at the Mukit Aisirimou Hall in the Municipality of Aileu.
This discussion was organized by the National Parliament's Committee A, which handles Constitutional and Justice matters. The discussion was led by the Chairman of Committee A, Member of Parliament Patrosino Fernandes, and was attended by the Vice-Governor of the Central Bank of Timor-Leste, Mr. Rafael Borges, along with technicians and advisors.
Meanwhile, the specialized discussion, according to the schedule set by Committee A of the National Parliament, will continue for three days this week, and for three days each subsequent week, from Wednesday to Friday, to continue discussing, appreciating, and approving the articles that have not yet been concluded.
