𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 22ⁿᵈ 𝐀𝐄𝐌-𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Kuala Lumpur, 26 September 2025
His Excellency the Minister and Vice Minister of Trade and Industry, Mr. Nino Pereira and Mr. Augusto Junior Trindade, accompanied by the National Director of External Trade and the delegation, participated in the 22nd AEM-India Consultation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The meeting served to review the progress of the ASEAN-India Trade in Goods Agreement (AITIGA) Revision and to strengthen the commission’s mandate to carry out the review in order to achieve positive results for both sides.
The consultation also provided an opportunity to exchange views on regional and global economic developments, as well as on the direction of future ASEAN-India economic cooperation.
